To assist those
larger organizations needing multiple candidates
screened, we work closely with them to design a
custom package of searches and checks to suit varying
levels within their organization. We realize that
once you have selected an applicant, you want them to be
in place as soon as possible. You do not want to wait
while the background checks are conducted. To facilitate
this we have designed all our employee
screening and employee vetting levels to operate
within our unique two stage process.
In most cases,
within 24hrs, stage one of our employee screening
process will provide an effective ID-check and address
verification. Our second stage goes into detail checking
all other facts such as educational achievements, work
history and if required background checks on drivers
license or criminal records etc., the choice is yours.
We aim to report within a three-week deadline but this
is often delayed awaiting for overseas employers failing
to respond in a timely fashion. Once complete you'll
receive a full report electronically detailing
everything you need to make an informed decision.
