We've
found that the secret to successful employee screening
starts with the initial application form. Whilst we
are always happy to work with whatever information you
provide, we will be able to provide a faster
turnaround and more efficient service to those clients
that work with us and adopt our new style application
forms.
They have been designed to simplify the screening
process and provide us with all the detail we will
require. They also provide for enhanced identity
checks, Gap referencing and if required can deal with
issues such as driving status or even Right to Work
for foreign nationals. We are happy to work with you
on their design adding or deleting any sections you
wish. The final versions can be branded with your own
company logos and can be either downloaded from your
own web site in PDF form or sent to candidates prior
to interview.
However, the important point is that they provide
sufficient information for all levels of employee
screening & employee vetting and we recommend that
the candidate be given adequate time to carefully
check their employment history, particularly the start
and finish dates. As part of the screening process
they may be asked to account for their activities or
explain any gaps or discrepancies when the details are
checked against former employers' records. This is the
area where most candidates make mistakes, deliberate
or not!
