need to submit original supporting documents, No more

one simple form - our entire service is conducted
online. There are no maximum or minimum number of
checks required and no registration fee. There are
currently three levels of checks available. One of our
team will happily advise on what suits your
requirements.
Basic
Disclosure
Available
through Disclosure Scotland but covering the entire
UK, it allows employers to confirm if a prospective
employee has any current convictions. A Basic
Disclosure is an official document that supports their
answer.
The Basic Disclosure document contains details of
unspent convictions according to the Rehabilitation of
Offenders Act 1974 which are held on central police
records or will state if there are no such
convictions.
Standard
Disclosure
Our
fastest turnaround is available on these checks via
the e-bulk service where we
normally have results within 24 hrs. Call for full
details as this level is only available for certain
occupations and for entry into professions as
specified in the Exceptions Order to the
Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. Standard
Disclosures show current and spent convictions,
cautions, reprimands and warnings held on the Police
National Computer.
Enhanced
Disclosure
This
is the highest level of check only available to
anyone involved in regularly caring for, training,
supervising or being in sole charge of children or
vulnerable adults. It is also available in certain
licensing purposes and judicial appointments.
Enhanced Disclosures contain the same information as
the Standard Disclosure but with the addition of any
relevant and proportionate information held by the
local police forces.
